Bogdan Corporation

Car Assembly Plant № 1» of PJSC «AC» Bogdan Motors» is a key enterprise of Bogdan Corporation, the main task of the company is the production of buses of small, medium, large and super large classes and trolleys of various modifications.

Production capacity of the plant was more than 2200 units in 2014 year. Company is planning to increase capacity for up to 6,000 buses and trolleybuses per year. Welding facilities are concentrated in two workshops with general capacity over 2800 bodies per year.

Modernization of existing painting complex was provided by Turkish enterprise ADA BOYA Ltd. It made possible to increase the productivity of the complex to 2,200 bus bodies a year. In addition, the installation of technological equipment of painting complex «Eisenmann» (Germany) was completed. The complex consists of surface preparation aggregate, putty coverage line, two lines of primer coverage and painting. There are 26 cameras (dyeing, drying, cooling zones and attaching plastic) overall in the complex.

Equipment and technology meet current environmental standards of Ukraine. The capacity of diagnostics and transportation sectors is up to 6,000 buses and trolleys per year. Installation of equipment for the sector was performed by «DURR» company (Germany).
